Desert Excursions - Bivouac - Camel Rides
Erg Chebbi Dunes are 99,9% of strong colored, soft, thin sand. Whatever
is rest, are the few existing oasis. This is still inhabited by local
nomads that still pursuit their hard way of living in the intense
environment of Sahara.
Yasmina Hotel has a bivouac in one of these Oasis where you can
experience the real Sahara for yourself. Live like a nomad, experience
something really different, something very deep and magical. Learn the
knowledge of Sahara, feel the energy and loose yourself counting the
thousands of stars the clear Sahara desert gives you!
We have different excursions into these bivouacs, from one night
excursion, to 2 days, 3, up to one week. You tell us what you want. We
can even organize circuits within different oasis in the dunes for
several days. These way you can see all is to see in Erg Chebbi, meet
different nomad families and gain experience riding camels!
Camel
Rides
This is one of the reasons many tourist come to Erg Chebbi. Enjoying and
experiencing Sun Rise or Sun Set in Erg Chebbi Merzouga is something
you'll never forget. It will be one of those things that will give you
life time memories.
While you'll be taken to a special part of the dunes, you'll mount a
dromedary and ride yourself into the best dune there is to appreciate
the best Sun set/rise of your life. The changing of temperature, the
changing of colors will give you long time experience.

Organized Groups
We are open to accept groups and tour operator with mini-buses coming
from Morocco and Europe. We can also provide assistance to big groups
coming on airplanes providing all overland logistics. We can organize
big bivouac in tents for groups with music activities and true Sahara
Experience. Traveling within a group can be fun and always cheerful.

Erg Chebbi dunes offers diverse types of attractions, from disperse
oasis in rocky canyons, to different types of desert tracks with
different rock formations: volcanic cobalt in the hamada for ex., also
you can enjoy a dromedary excursion into the sand dunes, loose yourself
from time it self as you roam on the back of a dromedary, being guided
by an astute camel driver, a nomad from the desert that will teach all
his knowledge from the Sahara and the Berber culture from the desert.
